FROM SENATOR NICOLA
Informed Policy Starts with Shared Knowledge

Data center development is moving quickly across Missouri, raising important questions about energy demand, water use, tax incentives, land use and the impact on local communities and ratepayers.

This page is a private working space for our colleagues and their staff. It is not public facing. Here you will find every briefing we have recorded, the presentations shared by experts and stakeholders, and curated links to research and news so we can all work from the same set of facts.

"Good legislation comes from careful study. Let's learn together, ask hard questions and get this right for Missouri."

— Senator Joe Nicola
